My grandfather Lloyd was always ready to celebrate family and friends. To continue on with his enthusiasm, I took a hobby of distillation and went on to create award winning Bixby Gin. Our focus is to bring people together. The distillation process is done over direct fire, with our hand built still. We only use the best quality ingredients.
BIXBY GIN
Hand made. Inspired by a springtime hike in Big Sur - botanical forward Elderflower and Sage, are balanced with savory exposed chaparral and terroir in Rosemary, Juniper and various roots. Brightened with Orange peel and other citrus. Complex and intriguing on the palate. Distilled over direct flame in micro batches. Bottled at 92 Proof and available in 750mL. I hand label the batch number on every bottle. 2019 California Craft Spirits Winner of Double Gold in blind tasting as well as Bronze in Packaging and Design
