My grandfather Lloyd was always ready to celebrate family and friends. To continue with his enthusiasm, we went on to create award winning Bixby Gin. Our focus is to bring people together. The distillation process is done over direct fire, with our one of a kind hand built still that selects the finest aromatics. We only use the best quality ingredients.
BIXBYÂ GIN
Hand made. Inspired by a springtime hike in Big Sur - botanical forward elderflower and sage, are balanced with savory exposed chaparral and terroir in rosemary, juniper and various roots. Brightened with California grown orange peel and other citrus. Complex and intriguing on the palate. Distilled over direct flame in micro batches. Bottled at 92 Proof and available in 750mL. I hand label the batch number on every bottle.
